Nicki leads the Implementation Program around all of the Compliance Monitoring application projects at Lextegrity. She has her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification as well as more than 17 years of experience implementing software systems within business units. Her previous industries include Healthcare, Information Technology, Regulatory, and now Compliance. With 11 of those years in Big Pharma, she is skilled in working with complex internal processes, bridging the gap between teams within companies, implementing custom software, performing validation testing, and also providing training in order for a seamless handoff to users.

Nicki is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mobile, and currently lives in Morgantown, West Virginia with her husband and three children. She enjoys using her strong project management skill set to manage their active personal lives, personal budgeting, and meal planning, all while enjoying traveling and all things food, hosting game nights, and trying out new and exciting activities whenever she has the opportunity.
