Nicki Etris brings a wealth of experience and a passion for customer satisfaction to Lextegrity as her role of Director, Customer Success. Since joining the company in July 2020, Nicki has played a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing the Compliance Monitoring application, demonstrating a deep understanding of both the product and client needs.

With a passion for exceeding customer expectations, Nicki ensures that every client achieves their goals and maximizes the value of our solutions. An advocate for a customer-centric approach, she drives loyalty, retention, and advocacy, positioning Nicki as a trusted partner in our clients’ success journeys.

She has her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification as well as more than 17 years of experience working closely with business units to understand and meet their needs with various software systems. Her previous industries include Healthcare, Information Technology, Regulatory, and now Compliance.

Nicki is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mobile, and currently lives in Morgantown, West Virginia with her husband and three children.
