Mandi leads Lextegrity’s Product Operations, where she helps bridge the gap between our customers and the delivery of Lextegrity’s products. With a focus on driving customer engagement, she works across our Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure the efficiency of our product operations and processes. Mandi has a strong passion for data analytics and technology and ensuring customers make the most out of Lextegrity’s products. 

She brings over eight years of experience in reporting and analytics, project management, and customer service. Prior to Lextegrity, Mandi worked at the management consulting firm Kearney, where she was responsible for supporting HR systems and specialized in data analytics and visualization. In past roles, she has been a key contributor in enabling leadership to use data-driven insights to help inform and influence business decisions.

Mandi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
