Praveen leads Lextegrity’s financial and business operations. He brings over 15 years of experience in business strategy, operations and finance to the firm.  

Prior to Lextegrity, Praveen worked as strategic CFO for private equity backed businesses in the B2B SaaS and B2C e-commerce space.  He has partnered with management to help scale rapidly growing organizations and lead them through fund-raising and M&A activity.

Praveen started his career in the financial services space and has held roles in investment banking and growth investing, prior to taking on operational roles in growth businesses.

Praveen has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Northwestern University.
