Expanding on the third item, he further stated that “...we want to see evidence that the compliance program is working in practice. We look at whether the company is continuously testing the effectiveness of its compliance program, and improving and updating the program to ensure that it is sustainable and adapting to changing risks.”

Mihnea Rotariu has an extensive background in handling matters involving bribery and corruption, forensic accounting, monitorships, regulatory compliance, data analytics, and due diligence from his time at PwC and FRA. He holds several certifications, including Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Jessica Bradley has over 15 years of experience working in global compliance with expertise in fraud investigations, FCPA, forensic accounting, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. A graduate of Penn State University, Jessica also holds is currently a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).

Mark Jenkins has an impressive background in fraud and forensic accounting. He has over 20 years of experience managing and conducting forensic accounting investigations, fraud and corruption risk assessments and audits, and internal control reviews in both domestic and international environments. As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), he has conducted multiple reviews and investigations uncovering tens of millions of dollars in fraudulent activity.
